The headache is back. My vertigo seems to have gotten worse too. I can feel some discomfort on the right side of my tummy but not too bad. My skin has also gotten bad too with a few pimples popping out and also a lot of those small spots on my forehead. My eyesight seems to be slightly better today, I think.
Im taking the same dose of izumio & lutein but maybe I will increase my dose tomorrow.

Day 2
I took the same dose today. Total of 6 caps + 2 izumio.
Today I feel good. No headaches and I feel ok. My eyes still feel a bit tired and each time I lie down on my right, I will feel as though my head is spinning. This has been going on since my trip to Japan about a month ago (Dec 2014). I have yet to get it checked/tested as Im not sure what it is. It makes me uncomfortable but Im not in pain due to that. My friend thinks its vertigo.
I might schedule an appointment with ENT specialist next week and see how it goes. Or I will just bring this up at the clinic when I go back to pick up my medical check up results.

Izumio & Super Lutein Day 1
Today 7 January 2015 is the start of my journey towards better and healthier life. I was advised by Angelina to take 3 capsule of Super Lutein + 1 Izumio twice a day. Total consumption per day will be 6 capsule of Super Lutein + 2 Izumio per day.
After taking it the first time today, I started getting headache. I dont feel too good at all. I feel the tension went straight to my eyes and started feeling a bit dizzy.
After having late lunch, I took my second dose for the day.
Still the same. Nothing improved. Im hoping I will feel better. Also, Im on my second day of my period and I usually get this type of headache during my period. Im not sure if it is because of my period or because of the izumio & Super lutein but I certainly dont feel all too well. Especially my head and my eyes.

Medical Check up 1
My last medical check up was quite a while ago. I dont even remember. I did a pap-smear a few months ago and results was good as I did not hear anything back from my gynae. According to her, no news is good news. I left it there and did not follow up.
Yesterday 6 January 2015, I went for my medical check up in Klinik Kita in KL. It was a full blood and urine test. I have not gotten the results back. Hopefully they will give me the results this week or next week.
Im expecting all to be ok except for my cholesterol as every medical check up that I've been on will tell me that my cholesterol is on the high side. Previous medical check ups always say the same. i.e I need to reduce my cholesterol level. So, Im guessing and expecting this will be the same too. Hopefully there isnt any new findings.

Here are some general information about me:
1. Female
2. 35 years old
3. Married
4. 2 young children (4 year old daughter & 2 year old son)
5. Generally very healthy and dont fall sick easily
6. I dont take any supplements or vitamins
7. I dont exercise
8. I eat whatever I want to eat (sometimes it is healthy food, other times it is not)
9. Im never on a diet. I see food, I eat it.
10. I've done LASIK once when I was about 27 years old. Lately, my vision is starting to get blurry
I've been in hospital once for dengue and that was the only time I've ever been admitted to the hospital (apart from the time when I gave birth to my kids). I dont have any health issues. But I want to maintain good health and now thinking that its time I start looking after myself more. I dont take vitamins or supplements or anything for my health. Basically, I take my health for granted.
Recently, I've been introduced to Izumio & Super Lutien and although I dont have any health issues, I decided to try it to maintain my good health. Im also getting older and I want to see if this product is good for me or not.
